🐾 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you (and your pet!) to love your purchase from My Woof Shop. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@mywoofshop.store with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right quickly — replacement or refund, your choice.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final-sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, email us before starting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
